The Office of Government Ethics has launched on its site an “Institute for Ethics in Government” portal containing courses, on-demand learning tools, and research findings for agency ethics officials.

“We hope to increase the accessibility of these materials to ethics officials and increase transparency by sharing with citizens the educational opportunities we provide for the ethics community,” an announcement said. “We will also use the learning portal to share findings from our research into the behavioral and organizational sciences.”

It added: “We have observed a growing focus in the private sector and internationally on designing ethics and compliance regimes around the full complexity of human decision making and organizational dynamics. We’ve been fortunate to participate in some international scholarship in this area. We look forward to sharing lessons and model practices from our research with the ethics community and the broader public.”
