OPM has announced that it will hold the second annual federal Hispanic career advancement summit on September 17, in Arlington, VA.
It said the training program is intended to address a relative shortage of Hispanics in federal senior executive and management positions, and that the one-day free conference qualifies as training and is open to all employees and will feature prominent keynote speakers, training sessions, and workshops on a broad range of topics, such as leadership development, achieving results, and executive coaching.
