OPM has canceled a request for proposals for its planned Customized HR Solutions services.
According to the cancelled solicitation on FedBizOpps.gov, the solicitation was expected to result in multiple awards of firm fixed priced indefinite delivery indefinite quantity task order contracts, with a reported ceiling of $100 million a year in each of two key service areas: customized training/learning solutions, and customized human capital solutions.
OPM wanted the contracts to augment its training and management assistance contract (still in operation), but is facing changes to the administration’s management agenda since the RFP was issued 15 months ago.
