OPM has consolidated into one memo more than a dozen annual calls for data from agencies on their use of various personnel authorities, data that is used for both internal and public reporting purposes.

A memo on chcoc.gov says that “Going forward, OPM intends to issue this memorandum at the beginning of each calendar year. The respective OPM program office will also remind agencies of their upcoming data call deadlines via the Chief Human Capital Officers Council.”

“In the event an ad hoc data call is required, it will be disseminated separately. New, recurring data calls will be incorporated into the following year’s consolidated data call memorandum,” says the memo, which includes points of contact at OPM for each required report.

The deadlines coming up the soonest include reporting on use of physicians comparability allowances, telework and student loan repayments, due March 15, 29 and 31. Reporting on the Pathways Program and on SES and equivalent level performance ratings are due April 1 and 19, while the next deadline, for three separate EEO data-related reports, isn’t until September 30; the last, on use of military spouse hiring authorities is at year-end.
