Federal Manager's Daily Report

The Office of Personnel Management has issued a second installment of its guidance for responding to and working through a pandemic flu.

The first installment issued June 9 included information and links to general guidance on leave, pay, hiring, alternative work arrangements and other human capital issues.

This latest guidance contains additional general information, answers to specific pandemic-related questions, updated fact sheets and guides, and some information designed specifically for employees.

It also includes policy guidance on pay, benefits and alternative work arrangements, questions and answers, as well as fact sheets and guides.

The next installment featuring telework guidance and planning guides is due out in August.
