Each Thursday through April 25 at 1-2 p.m. Eastern time, OPM is offering teleconferences providing guidance and technical assistance regarding management of furloughs, geared toward human resources professionals.
The teleconferences feature senior OPM leaders who are available to discuss issues such as labor relations, union negotiations, due process, pay implications, early outs, buyouts, bonuses and performance awards and others.
