OPM has released to agencies a guide to evaluating their training programs to determine how well they contribute to mission accomplishment and help meet agency goals. OPM said that senior agency leaders, department and line managers, training participants and HR professionals should familiarize themselves with the Training Evaluation Field Guide since each plays a role in assuring effective training.
