OPM has launched a revised version of its USAJOBs website to focus more on searching for listings and refining searches and creating more continuity in the search process while removing or de-emphasizing clutter.
The pared-down, Google-like home page focuses on a simplified search form with fields for title and location and little else.
Search results can be further refined according to salary, grade, occupation, agency, student jobs, senior executive jobs, posting dates and work schedules.
Users can save electronic versions of documents on file and forward postings through social media outlets including Facebook – which gave OPM input on the redesign – and Twitter.
