The OPM has set a series of in-person and online training courses for agency employees who participate in human resources evaluations associated with their agency’s Human Capital Framework evaluation system.

“Our training focuses on the Human Capital Framework and three phases of the evaluation process (i.e., planning, implementing, and reporting) with real-world, practical exercises,” says a memo on chcoc.gov, which lists available sessions through next September.

In-person sessions will be held in Philadelphia, Denver, Kansas City, Mo., and Washington, D.C. They are limited to 25 participants per course and priority will be given to participants who have not previously attended, says the memo, which also includes registration instructions.
