
The House Oversight and Accountability Committee has scheduled a business meeting to consider bills including:
* HR-890, to require agencies to publish their regulatory guidance online in a single, easily accessible location.
* HR-1209, to prohibit federal construction contracts or controlling documents for federally supported construction projects from requiring or prohibiting project labor agreements.
* HR-1695, to require agencies to inventory their software and to develop a plan to consolidate software licenses and adopt enterprise license agreements across the agency by type or category of software.
* HR-3358, to prohibit any requirement for recipients of Federal contracts to disclose greenhouse gas emissions and climate-related financial risk, and for other purposes
* HR-4428, to require agencies to state on the first page of guidance documents that such guidance does not have the force and effect of law and is intended only to provide clarity to the public about existing legal requirements or agency policies.
Also set for consideration are two bills to be newly introduced, regarding hiring of employees in cybersecurity fields and training for employees on use of artificial intelligence.
