The Partnership for Public Service has announced an initiative with Booz Allen Hamilton to take the pulse of the Senior Executive Service through a series of focus groups aimed at producing recommendations to improve the SES.
“We want to talk to a mixture of both internally and externally hired SESers about the development, evaluation, and hiring of the SES,” said PPS.
It explained that the government is staring down immense challenges and needs to solicit the perspective of senior executives on leadership questions.
