The Department of Defense has made available a series of
briefing slides covering HR elements of its new National
Security Personnel System.
The briefs were used recently in ongoing talks with
unions on training and HR elements, and offer the latest
glimpse of what life will be like under the new system.
Briefings were provided on training, classification,
compensation and conversion to NSPS, performance management,
hiring and employment, and workforce reshaping.
