Forty-three senior executives and senior professionals have received the Presidential Rank Awards at the Distinguished level, the highest honor in those awards.
The awards go to just 1 percent of the executive cadre and the senior professional cadre each year and come with a cash award of 35 percent of their base pay, along with other honors.
