The EEOC has opened registration for the largest annual conference on EEO policies applying to federal employees, the Examining Conflicts in Employment Laws, or EXCEL, conference.
The event, to be held July 10-12 in Washington, D.C. is targeted to alternative dispute resolution specialists, attorneys, EEO professionals, and HR managers and supervisors in federal agencies, along with those in state and local governments and the private sector.
Topics will include “ADR, barrier analysis, diversity, harassment, hiring tips, medical marijuana as it pertains to the ADA, reasonable accommodation, settlement strategies, and sex discrimination,” an announcement said.
