HR-1132, already passed by the House, to prohibit a political appointee from being appointed to a career position in the civil service for two years after separating from the political position.

S-3437, to require OPM to create a Federal Rotational Cyber Workforce Program operation plan for detailing federal employees among cyber workforce positions at different agencies.

S-3251, to require agencies to consider rental in any analysis for equipment acquisition.

S. 3208, to allow agencies to exclude from bargaining certain decisions related to cybersecurity.

S-3137, to create a fast-track procedure for Congress to consider agency reorganization proposals that require changes in law.
