OPM has announced a series of free training courses to be conducted virtually “intended for agency employees who participate in human resources evaluations associated with their agency’s Human Capital Framework evaluation system.”

“Our training focuses on the Human Capital Framework and three phases of the evaluation process (i.e., planning, implementing, and reporting) with real-world, practical exercises,” says a memo on chcoc.gov. The memo gives dates for the 10 sessions through next September, with the first starting October 20.

The memo also contains information for registration, which includes submitting an individual assessment form. “We recommend coordinating nominations for the course with agency Accountability Program Managers to prioritize agency training needs,” OPM added.

Availability is limited and priority will be given to those who have not previously taken the training, it said.
