Wage Grade Employees Eligible for Travel Comp Time

OPM has told agencies that effective with travel on or after April 27, they must provide wage grade employees with compensatory time off for their travel on official duty outside of hours for which compensation can be paid. The policy, which was required by the 2008 DoD authorization act, makes that policy the same for blue collar employees as the policy for white collar employees.
