Performance.gov will hold a hybrid in-person/remote webinar July 10 at 1-3 pm Eastern time on carrying out the administration’s President’s Management Agenda, featuring OMB deputy for management Jason Miller.

“Speakers from across partner agencies will discuss tangible efforts to improve customer experience through IRS’ Direct File Pilot, expanding hiring through the Pathways Program, and reducing barriers for small businesses to advance equity in procurement,” an announcement says, referencing the PMA’s three main priorities of improving customer service, enhancing the federal workforce and improving government operations.
