President Obama has nominated Sarah Saldaña as assistant secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Russell Deyo to be undersecretary for management, the final two positions in the department requiring Senate confirmation.
Saldana is the U.S .attorney for the Northern District of Texas, and Deyo is a retired Johnson & Johnson executive, and former assistant U.S. attorney for the District of New Jersey.
