Additional Guidance on 3Rs Issued

The Office of Personnel Management has issued additional guidance on recruitment, retention and relocation incentive payments, commonly called the 3Rs. The guidance incorporates changes made in the program last year due to legislative action that expanded the conditions in which the benefits can be paid and increased the amount available, in some circumstances.
