OPM soon will be sending out a survey asking employees to rate their satisfaction with – and their understanding of — various aspects of their retirement, insurance and other benefits. The survey, last taken two years ago, will include additional questions regarding employee perceptions of health and wellness programs, which have been a major emphasis of OPM’s in recent years. An online link will be sent to a random sampling of employees by e-mail; the questionnaire will be available to them for four weeks and will take about 15 minutes to complete. The larger annual Employee Viewpoint Survey was taken in the spring and results aren’t expected until late in the year.
