NASA administrator Sean O’Keefe and highly regarded commentator on all things federal budget Stan Collendar are headlining the American Association for Budget & Program Analysis’ Spring Symposium slated for Tuesday, April 13 at the Capitol Hilton Hotel in Washington D.C. Panel subjects include: the budget outlook; performance budgets; Program Assessment Rating Tool; appropriations law; national indicator systems, and future human resources challenges.
