All three stock-oriented TSP funds were down for the second straight month in February, with the large company stock C fund down 3.28 percent, the small company stock S fund dropping 2.05 percent, and the international stock I fund down 0.66 percent. Over 12 months, each is now in negative territory, with the C fund down 3.59 percent, the S fund down 5.85 percent and the I fund down 0.22 percent. The bond F fund gained 0.16 percent last month and the government securities G fund rose 0.24 percent, for 12-month gains of 7.52 and 4.66 percent. The February and 12-month returns for the lifecycle funds are: income, -0.22, 3.5; 2010, -0.59, 2.8; 2020, -1.25, 0.57, 2030, -1.51, -0.37, 2040, -1.8, -1.11.
