DoD Sees No Linkage with DHS

DoD says its schedule is unaffected by the situation at DHS; following the judge’s order, the Pentagon issued a statement that regardless of the DHS situation, it “plans to continue to go forward with finalizing our regulations and our plans to implement NSPS later this year.” Similar union-sponsored litigation is pending against DoD.
