FSA Program Requires Re-enrollment

As with FEHB, if a FEDVIP enrollee makes no change, current coverage continues for the next year. However, those wishing to participate in the flexible spending account program in 2008 must make an election, even if they are currently participating; FSA elections do not carry over from one year to the next. In the FSA program, enrollees may set aside up to $5,000 each for dependent care and health care accounts.
