HERE’S HOW THE PLAN WORKS:
A Personal Care Account (PCA) is funded for your use each year. Benefit dollars in this account cover your first $1,200 ($2,400 for a family) of health care and pharmacy expenses at 100% with no copays. And your Consumer Driven Health Plan Personal Care Account provides you more funds than you’ll pay in annual premiums – so you get more out than you put in.
If you don’t use all of your PCA funds during the year, the balance rolls over to the next year. And each year up to $400 (single) and $800 (family) of the Personal Care Account can be used for dental or vision care.
