Other Provisions of Senate Bill

Other key provisions of the Senate bill would: require a report by within nine months of enactment on the demand for child care in federal buildings, in particular focusing on the shortage of available spaces for infants; continue a ban on training not directly related to official duties; continue a ban on providing names and home addresses to unions without the individual’s permission; and continue a general requirement that FEHB plans cover prescription contraceptives.
