The Merit Systems Protection Board has issued procedures for federal employees to follow when alleging discrimination and/or retaliation for having raised concerns, reported claims, or filed complaints relating to training or educational programs operated by MSPB. Such claims must be filed at MSPB headquarters; employees prevailing are entitled to be placed in the same or equivalent position they would have occupied without the discrimination. However, there is no authority for monetary relief as a form of remedial or corrective action.
