Revisions in Withdrawal Rules Considered

Two members of Congress who are leaders on the issue of investments and withdrawals from tax-favored retirement savings plans are considering a plan to liberalize rules governing mandatory withdrawals upon reaching a certain age. Currently, retirees must begin making withdrawals from the TSP and similar plans in the year after they turn 70
