Some Initiatives Continuing

In a memo to NSPS program managers, the program executive office said “we want to ensure that our employees, supervisors, and leaders fully understand this system, and have the tools to succeed.” It told them to continue with communication, soft skills training and certain other initiatives, including alignment of strategic plans and goals with performance objectives. But all NSPS-specific content training has been put on hold, including train-the-trainer sessions.
