Toll-Free Phone Service Also Coming

The TSP will begin offering toll-free service to its customer service center starting July 1, in response to long-standing request to provide such a service. The number, accessible from the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, will be (877) 968-3778, TDD (877) 847-4385. The current line, (504) 255-8777 will remain available and should be used for all other overseas calls. The TSP said the new service became feasible in conjunction with the expansion of its call center operations.
