The TSP’s common stock (C) and small company stock (S) funds snapped their six-month gaining streaks in September, losing 1.14 percent and 1.35 percent, respectively. But both funds are up strongly for the last 12 months, gaining 24.16 and 32.78 percent, respectively over that time. The international stock (I) fund gained 3.08 percent in September for a 25.89 percent 12-month gain, while the bond (F) fund gained 2.68 percent and the government securities (G) fund gained 0.4 percent, for 12-month gains of 5.49 and 4.08 percent.
