I terminated employment and was eligible for an immediate annuity under FERS in 2015. I did not apply for my retirement benefits until 2017. I received my first payment (including all retroactive payments from my date of application). Am I entitled to additional retroactive payments from the date that I was first eligible for the annuity? If not, are my payments actuarially increased for the delay? Blocked by moderator
