A year after being hired I received a promotion from GS 4 to GS 5. A few months later I was back to being a GS 4. This went on for about a year, then a correction was made placing me back to a GS 5. How is this possible and can I get back pay because of it? Blocked by moderator

If a correction was made, was it backdated? If yes, then you should receive backpay for that time. Without knowing all the details in this matter, I would suggest you discuss this with your HRO and get clarification on why/how and if you are due any monies. Blocked by moderator
