I was granted half of my spouses FERS retirement annuity in court ordered divorce degree, I received 3 payments and then the payments stopped. Are there any reasons an annuity payment would stop? I understand the federal pay is reduced by the annuity amount, but shouldn’t the annuity payments continue, and I continue to receive my payment? Blocked by moderator
