My son-in-law accepted his first federal job with the Dept of VA. Exactly 1 week after he started work HR emailed him that they adjusted his final salary, reducing it by $2,000. This doesn’t sound legal to me as he had accepted their final offer which I feel is legally binding. What are his options? Hate to have him be that ‘guy’ who drops a complaint w/in his first 2 weeks on the job. Blocked by moderator
