CSRS retirements are entitled to Cost of Living Adjustments immediately at retirement whereas FERS Disability retirements COLAS are payable after year one. So yes, as long as you have been on OWCP in lieu of OPM Disability Retirement for more than a year, you should be eligible for a COLA on your future disability retirement. Blocked by moderator
