Do federal employees continue to accrue leave and retirement benefits while on workers compensation?

If you continue on the agency rolls while collecting OWCP benefits, you are earning retirement eligibility for that period of time. However, since you are more than likely on LWOP while collecting OWCP, you do not earn leave while on LWOP once you hit 80 hours of LWP.
