Does mandatory TSP withdrawal fall in the same category as mandatory IRA withdrawal

Can TSP withdrawals be lumped in with mandatory IRA withdrawals or are they in addition to IRA withdrawals?

Mandatory withdrawals from your TSP account cannot be aggregated with, and must be separate from, those taken from your IRA(s). Though the two types of account are similar there are quite a few differences between them, and this is one of them.
