I am applying for SS early retirement benefits at 62. I was previously denied SS disability and did not/will not appeal. How do I annotate the disability denial but ensure timely receipt of my early SS benefits.

You have a limited timeline to appeal your disability decision. When you apply for regular Social Security at age 62, there is no need to annotate anything to do with the disability. Just file as an age 62 recipient 3 months prior to when you wish it to commence.
