FEHB cancellation for my spouse but not me.

My wife and I are currently in FEHB BCBS under couple payment. My spouse turned 65 and wants to change to a Medicare Supplement in lieu of FEHB. I want to cancel her enrollment in FEHB and change my status to single payment. Do I need to wait for yearly enrollment or can I do that now? Also how do I do this change. Is there a phone number? Thanks
