I was married for 3 months shy of 10 years. My divorce decree stipulated that neither of us would touch one another’s 401K, in my case the TSP. However, my FERS annuity was not mentioned in our divorce agreement. This was simply an oversight on the part of our divorce mediator and myself. Will my ex be able to lay claim to some portion of my annuity? RESOLVED
