FERS retirement annuity to IRA

I am receiving monthly FERS disability retirement payments from OPM. I’m looking for a way to reduce my taxes. Can I have OPM send these monthly annuity payments directly to my IRA? I have savings in taxable accounts that I’d like to use up first. Is there a yearly dollar limit to how much can be rolled over from the FERS disability retirement annuity to an IRA?
