Upon my spouse’s retirement I signed away my rights to receive a survivor benefit. I provide FEHB and FEGLI. My circumstances are quite reduced. He refuses to ‘grant permission’ to take a partial withdrawal, nor will he approve a monthly distribution. He could inherit my TSP, but he owns it already. His 2 siblings will be benefit and my 2 siblings will receive nothing. No kids or parents. Blocked by moderator

I elected a FERS survivor annuity for my spouse. I have to provide survivor from TSP too?
