Unused Leave Rate if Retiring December 31?

I plan on retiring 31 Dec 2020. That will be the last day of the last pay period. Will I be payed at the 2020 pay rate or the 2021 pay rate for my unsued leave?

Annual leave is paid out as if you had taken it had you remained in Federal service. 5 CFR 550 explains this in detail and here is the link: https://www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/5/550.1204 so if there is a pay raise in 2021, your AL should be paid out at the higher rate.
