if i have 5 years of civilian federal service under fers can i defer until age 62 and receive

retirement pay without penalty and if I get 10years plus MRA but defer until age 62 do I not incur a penalty and would I get the benefits e.g. sick leave computation if I defer the latter until age 62?

If you have apply for a deferred retirement with at least 5 creditable civilian years of service, at age 62 it will be calculated with no age penalty. How old would you be when you leave federal service?
