Based on your question, as a CSRS annuitant, the formula to calculate a survivor benefit is 2.5% x $3500 of your elected survivor benefit amount which would equal a cost to you of $90 per year. This entitles the survivor to a benefit amount of $165 per month plus any Cost of Living Adjustments. Since the cost of the survivor benefit to you does not increase, only the amount to the survivor increases by COLAs, you would divide $90 by 12 months resulting in an increase of your pension by $7.50 per month.
