I intend to separate from Federal service in 2022 after working only long enough to max out my Roth TSP (which the annual leave payout apparently cannot be used to do). If I enter 100% on line 8 of the TSP Election Form, will the contribution amount to whatever my take-home pay otherwise would have been after the usual deductions (medicare, taxes, FEHB, FEGLI, OASDI, FERS), or must I compute it?
