I have applied for a Recent Grads job, have been with TSA in an excepted service position (with an interchange agreement) for over 15 years. If I successfully complete my year of training in the Recent Grad job will I be guaranteed a permanent job since I completed my probationary period with TSA, or will the Recent Grad program take precedence – i.e. a permanent job is not guaranteed?
