Was my right to “due process” denied me by OPM?

As an applicant for a refund (of my supplemental annuity) was I supposed to have been assigned a legal analyst to stay with me until the process was over? I’ve been away from government for 15 years, and have been working for San Francisco. I told all this to OPM and got a carousel of 7-10 different analysts. There’s a Fedweek article that seems to say one analyst only.

Don, I apologize but I do not understand your question. What do you mean by analyst and supplemental annuity...are you already retired?
